COTE 550 marks the second New York City location of the Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse, offering a refined take on the brand’s signature blend of a Korean barbecue and a classic American chophouse. Set at the base of the landmark building, the space features immersive design elements, dry-aging rooms, and an elevated menu of signature dishes.
Bar Chimera offers design-forward bars and a dining experience built around three distinct programs: martinis, wine, and whiskey, each led by its own expert. This three-in-one concept combines precision cocktails, rare pours, and a brasserie-style menu in a setting designed for both after-work drinks and destination dining.
Together, the openings further advance 550 Madison as a destination for hospitality, culture, and design.
